Rescan Pools
SANsymphony software automatically and periodically performs a scan of storage pools. The Rescan Pools option performs an immediate rescan of all physical disks, checking for associations between the raw disks and existing pools.
To rescan pools manually:
In the SANmanager Managed Volumes tab, select a storage server pool folder in the left pane, and choose Rescan Pools from the context menu.
