Regionwide Cache

Regionwide Cache is available from SANcentral>Tools> Performance. This display provides a view of cache for all storage servers in the region.

Cache Performance	Description
Read	Visual display of read operations. Each read is categorized: Read Hit – Read data in cache. Read Miss – Read data not in cache and must be read from disk. Read Pending – Read data is part of a prior read request in process.
Write	Visual display of write operations.
% Total Hits	Percentage of hits to the cache from total read operations per storage server.
