Scheduler
Scheduler is available from SANcentral>Tools> Performance.
This display allows you to see total polls and productive polls per second. The poller driver polls all of the channel boards on a storage server in a round robin scheme for I/O requests. A productive poll occurs when there is an I/O waiting to be taken from this board. An unproductive poll is when no I/O is available from the board. The top pane of the scheduler window indicates the percentage of productive polls to all polls. The bottom pane indicates the rate at which we are polling the boards per second and the number of productive polls per second.
